About the Author

Dr. Ningamma C. Betsur is currently Dean, Faculty of Education and a Professor at the Department of Studies in Education, University of Mysore, Mysuru. She has served as In-charge Vice Chancellor, Syndicate member. Now, she is, Chairperson of Board of Studies, Board of Examiners and Affiliation committee. She is a member of Board of Studies, Board of Examiners and Affiliation committee of various other universities also. She has the teaching experience of twenty eight years in teacher education programmes. She has successfully guided 17 candidates for Ph.D. and she has also guided successfully student for M.Phil. She has successfully completed 09 Major Research Projects in the capacity of Principal Investigator, funded by reputed agencies like University Grant Commission, Institute of Socio-economic change and Karnataka Knowledge Commission. She has delivered special lecture at University of Yasuj and Tabriz University, Iran, and presented paper at Tokyo, Japan. She has published many articles in reputed journals and presented papers in National / International conferences.
