Preface of the Book

We are obliged to bring this text-book, which is specially designed for the teachers, students of M.Ed., M.Phil. and researches. This covers the wide-ranging spectrum of important areas of History of Indian Education and Economic Issues. The content of this book is of very high quality and will be helpful in finding the answers of the problems related to this field. It will help in the qualitative improvement and education progress of the future teachers and scholars. The subject-matter of this book has been presented sequentially, judicially and logically in very simple language to avoid the confusion of abstract terms that are often used in the treatment of philosophical and sociological theories of education which in term minimise the understanding of the content.
